I have been meaning to send this note of thanks for several months. It was a busy summer and we were gone quite a bit so I didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the wonderful restoration you did on our “Baldwin A 1925.” I don’t know if you remember, but I had almost decided to sell this instrument. I am very glad I changed my mind.
We were very fortunate to have found you, as I think you are one of those increasingly rare craftsmen who enjoys and takes great pride in his work. I must say, I never expected the piano to be so beautiful and to have such a pretty sound.
You did a truly exceptional job and we appreciate it so much.
With many thanks again and best regards,
I wanted to thank you again for the meticulous work you did on the repair and refinishing of the broken piano top on the 1926 Knabe baby grand piano. Our customer just called me and said your work was beautiful – the top matches the base perfectly. She and her husband are so pleased with the results. She even said you could not tell any repair had to be done. They both very excited to have a complete, beautiful piano.
I know this was a difficult task, with the age of the wood. Thank you again for making this happen!
